This service is a standard policy on every item that we receive. Each item is visually inspected for repair ability. Parts are checked for functionality and availability. Common failure parts are tested. Failures found will be noted. No certainty to repair is implied with this service.
Fast 1-3 Day Repair Diagnostics
This service involves more in-depth troubleshooting. The item is physically disassembled and diagnosed using any necessary test equipment needed. When the faulty part of the item is found, the client is then notified with the repair estimate if the item is repairable.
Fast 1-5 Day Turnaround Time
Expert Automation performs standard, quality repair services with a standard turnaround time for non-rush items of 1-5 business days.
